Beatles "Lady Madonna"/"The Inner Light" with fan club application insert (Parlophone R5675 Released 1968) when Lady Madonna was released the Beatles fan club membership was dwindling and so in order to try and get the membership back up in numbers this fan club application form was included with the Lady Madonna Single.Most of these forms were either lost or thrown away.This is a chance to bid on this Beatles rare item which is in superb condition.
Record is near mint has loads of shine,looks like it's just come from the shop and plays great on both sides with nice clear sound quality.Record labels are near mint and are nice and clean and has the KT stamp on the Inner Light side.Fan club insert is excellent and is nice and clean and complete ,just has the odd very light crease.Record comes in Parlophone sleeve which is in excellent condition just one or two light creases and is the 7'3 to 50/- Parlophone sleeve.A chane to bid on a real Beatles rarity which is in superb condition.Postage UK£2.00(First class recorded delivery)Europe £2.50(First class airmail) Rest of World £3.50(First class airmail) Thanks for looking.
