Beatles "Lady Madonna" /"The Inner Light" with fan club application form.(Parlophone R5675 Released 1968).This great Beatles single which is in superb condition comes complete with the fan club application form which is usually missing.The record is near mint condition and has loads of shine and both sides play with superb sound quality.The record is nearly in the same condition as it was first bought in ,it's that good.Record labels are near mint and are nice and clean with the KT letters in the middle of the label on the 'A' side.Labels have the Gramophone text round the side of the labels with "Sold in UK" in the middle of the labels .Fan club application form is excellent ,has some light creases and slight ringwear where the form has been against the record in the sleeve but it has no rips or tears and is nice and clean and the application part is still attached and has not been filled in.Record sleeve is nice and clean,has some slight ringwear and creases but is still nice.All in all this Beatles single complete with the fan club insert is a really nice item which is in superb condition.Postage UK2.00(First class recorded delivery) Europe 2.50(First class airmail) Rest of World £3.50(First class airmail) Extra postage insurance optional.Good luck and thanks for looking.
