Here are the details about the record in this auction:

 

·        “LOVE ME DO” b/w “P.S. I LOVE YOU” by THE BEATLES  

·       This is Capitol Star Line 6062.

·       This record was released October 11, 1965.

·       It is a West Coast Pressing due to the thick print on the label.

·       I understand that these Beatles green-swirl label Capitol Star Line issues were primarily sent to radio stations for promotional play which makes them harder to find due to limited quantities that were pressed. I understand that these green-swirl Star Line pressings were issued to promote early Beatles recordings to which Capitol Records had acquired the rights from Vee Jay Records. 

·       The VINYL is in VG CONDITION. There are LIGHT surface hairlines/scuffs none of which are “feelable”.

·       The LABELS show light to moderate wear depending on the side. There is more wear on the “Love Me Do” label. There is partial radio station stamp on that label from KNBA Radio 1190 AM in Vallejo, California that operated from 1947 to 1992.

·       It’s a DECENT VG COPY of a hard to find Capitol Records pressing for your collection if you’re missing it.
