THE BEATLES - 'PLEASE, PLEASE ME'/'ASK MY WHY'
This MINT/UNPLAYED UK 2nd pressing dates from early 1963 is on the black & silver Parlophone label: 45-R 4983
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK..' text but have 'The Parlophone Co..' worded rims.
An 'MT' purchase tax code is visible in the centre of the 'Ask Me Why' label, with 'MPT' in the run-outs.
Matrix numbers: 7XCE 17217-1N & 7XCE 17218-1N
Stamper codes: 1/HR & 3/HO
Housed within its original and correct green & white Parlophone company cover.
Complete with a genuine & original 1960's ex-record shop stock paper bag.

An immaculate pair with just a single faint mark to the side 2 label from storage at the factory but no evidence of this ever being on a turntable.
