Description

In this auction:

·       “TWIST AND SHOUT” b/w “THERE’S A PLACE” by The Beatles

·       This is Tollie Records T-9001.

·       It was issued in 1964.

·       This yellow label with the PURPLE PRINT is a RARE VARIATION of this Tollie issue!

·       This pressing has the “#” before the catalog number.

·       Check your Price Guide for the Beatles American Records and you’ll find that this purple print issue has the highest value of all of the Tollie – 9001 issues! This is an indication of the rarity of this label/issue.

·       The VINYL is in VERY STRONG VG CONDITION with some surface hairlines/scuffs, but none are “feelable”. The label is nice and clean with VERY LIGHT wear.

·       It’s a NICE COPY with a RARE LABEL PRESSING of this LANDMARK BEATLES TUNE (remember the flick “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off”) which will be a nice addition to someone’s collection of Beatles vinyl.

Thanks to the Price Guide for the Beatles American Records by Perry Cox and Frank Daniels for some of the information about this record.
