Description
Nice example of The Beatles single Please Please Me / From Me to You on Vee Jay records (VJ-581). This is the black and white label version. Condition is vg with minor dust and slight wear. One side of the label has a partial price sticker, the other minor smudging. A quite presentable copy of a scarce record.
This record came from the archive of an auto sound company in California. The company sold custom 8 track and 4 track tapes to order in the days before pre-recorded tapes were available. They acquired most of their inventory of singles as promos and most were never used. They did not keep the original sleeves and stored them in heavy duty green paper sleeves.
