Labels are Light Blue and white with black writing. Side A has a picture of Rudolph, Side B has a picture of Jimmy Durante
The front of the paper sleeve has a colorful picture of Rudolph with Jimmy Durante dressed as Santa
The back of the sleeve has synopsis about Big Golden Records and titles of other Big Golden Records.

- Sleeve: VGVG (Crease on both sides from record with some creases throughout. Wear along edges and corners. Some tiny tears along the top open edge)
- Record: VG+VG+ (Both sides have faint surface noise with a hiss near end of Side A, can still hear clearly on both sides)
