Description
This is a great opportunity to acquire one of the very few original test pressings for Big Star's unreleased third album, Third, at a discount from the market value owing to water damage on the "B" Side label.
The record is from my personal collection and was played more than a few times, but has not been played at all in the last 40 years. By visual inspection it shows hairlines and scuffs, etc. and one prominent squiggle mark (on the A Side, Track 2) that cannot be felt. I currently lack an appropriate turntable that would be suitable for playback and I don't want to subject this record to my somewhat primitive stylus. The original sleeve is generic white with some ring/edge/shelf wear. I long ago placed the record inside a plastic-lined inner sleeve for its protection.

Both sides are also inscribed - L. NIX - (Larry Nix, the mastering engineer at Stax)
