This Record has been Play Graded & Visually Graded against the Rare Record Price Guide`s Grading structure ( See bottom of Add for an in-depth description)
Cover Grades = Excellent - ( Has a tiny wear mark to the top seam, I wish to stress this NOT a seam split but just a minor wear mark ! )
Original Paper Inner Sleeve Sleeve Grades = Excellent
Vinyl Side 1 Strictly !!  Visually Grades = Very Good+ ( Has 1 light patch of discoloration as pictured at the bottom of this ad, it might possibly be a pressing issue, but I can confirm it DOES NOT effect the audio at all! Aside from this it's SUPER clean and has been played maybe 2 or 3 times at most. Has a fantastic as new sheen ! )  Vinyl Side 2 Strictly !!  Visually Grades =  Very Good+ ( Has a couple of tiny faint surface marks. Negligible in all honesty and most sellers would probably still grade Excellent! Aside from this it's SUPER clean and has been played maybe 2 or 3 times at most. Has a fantastic as new sheen !  )
Vinyl Side 1 'Critical' Track By Track Play Grade = ( Stunning Audio! ) 1. Excellent / Excellent +  2. Excellent / Excellent + 3. Excellent / Excellent + 4. Excellent + 5. Excellent + 6. Excellent +

 Vinyl Side 2 'Critical' Track By Track Play Grade =  Again Stunning! 1. Excellent + 2. Excellent  3. Excellent / Excellent + ( 1 Tiny Pop Just Before The First Verse ) 4. Excellent +  5. Excellent + 6. Excellent +
Conclusion = Audibly as close to Mint as you will ever find, breathtaking! The Only Negative Is Literally 1 Tiny Pop In Track 3 Side 2, There is Literally Nothing Else To Report On Either Side!

Below: Side 1 has one light patch of discoloration on the actual record, it might possibly be a pressing issue, but I can confirm it DOES NOT effect the audio at all!

The record has been pro cleaned on a 'Clear-Audio Double Matrix Professional Sonic' Record Cleaner (see below)
