A trio of Bill Evans (p), Mark Johnson (b) and Joe LaBarbera (ds) performed live on September 27, 1979 at Teatro General San Martin in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Remastered from the original concert tape reel (broadcast sound source). ★ The recording was in 1979, and Bill Evans passed away the following year, but it was a performance in the so-called last trio. There are 13 songs in total, and a wonderfully dynamic performance that does not make you feel any premonition of death is unfolded. The songs on this album are mainly songs that Evans liked to play.
