Description
Black Flag - "Damaged" Vinyl LP.
Original 1981 US-issue 15-track LP on SST Records via Unicorn.
The classic and legendary first Black Flag album, initially distributed via Unicorn Records for a very short period before various disputes between the band/SST and Unicorn/MCA threw a spanner in the works. The album was left in limbo until Unicorn went bust several years later, and the band were able to reissue it (with different sleeve, labels and catalog number).
This is the original Blue Label issue, with both SST and Unicorn logos on the labels.
The sleeve is the original Colour version, with both SST and Unicorn branding on the back - but no MCA logo or associated "Anti-Parent" sticker. It was bought in the UK as an import.
Great condition all round (see detailed gradings below).

Vinyl - Strong EX
- Just a single faint superficial mark and that's it! - Little sign of any play or handling.
Sleeve - EX
- No sticker marks or writing, No ring wear, No spine wear, No splits, No creasing.
- Just the lightest of general handling/storage wear.
- A little light rubbing on the top and bottom edges.
Labels - EX Minus
- No wear, writing or sticker marks. No spindle marks. No fading.
- Some light "spot" staining is apparent when viewed under light.

(Note - Double LP's (and items with unusually heavy packaging!) count as two additional - Triples as three additional, and so on). Royal Mail "Second Class Standard" service is used. Despatch and Packing :-
All items are normally posted within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Where payment is by Cheque (or Paypal's eCheque), items will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared.
Purpose-designed mailing/packaging materials will be used.
Your record(s) will be well protected against the rigours of normal handling/shipping, including getting wet in the rain!
All records are packed outside of their main packaging (in a new plain inner where necessary), to avoid sleeve splits in transit.
Gradings :-
I use the UK "Record Collector Magazine" grading system for vinyl.
