DESCRIPTION: Black Sabbath - Vol 4. Original 1st UK pressing disc with 1Y1/2Y1 "PORKY"/PECKO" matrix and no "made in England" on small swirl label. Like a lot of copies this comes in the 1972 German gate fold sleeve with "D" code to rear. Packed this weighs over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double. All postage costs include insurance and top quality packaging.

CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/VG. Vinyl is very clean with a nice sheen and a few light hairlines on both sides. Played all of this this evening on my budget deck. Plays pretty much EX. Music is clean, clear and loud with an occasional tick between tracks and in a couple of passages in "Changes". "FX" plays really clean. Gate fold sleeve is in decent shape . It is firm and square and has moderate edge wear, moderate corner wear and moderate creasing. White inner is pretty clean with light yellowing to edges, fully attached poly and no splits. Clean Vertigo swirl labels- check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears.

I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 40-50 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticibly deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades.
