I believe this is the unreleased EP The Sippin' Time Sessions. It contains different versions of the later released songs and one never released song. This was produced by David Briggs, the man who produced a number of artist incl. Neil Young.The mastering was done by Bernie Grundman Mastering,that's what the sleeve says. I don't know how many of these exist but it can't be many if any. I obtained this item from a friend in California who got it from a relative of David Briggs. Here's the info I found:

The band set out shortly thereafter to work on an EP, produced by longtime Neil Young producer David Briggs and titled The Sippin' Time Sessions. But when the end results came out surprisingly slick and doctored, the project was shelved.

 

This is an acetate and must be handeled with extreme care. It is in exellent condition only with a little hissing in the run in. I will only ship this recommended and insured.
