Blues - Southside Chicago on Flyright (UK). Looks mint minus.
I am starting to sell my collection of rock, folk, jazz, blues, classical, comedy, world music and misc. - LP's that I have lovingly collected over the last 35 years. All albums are graded conservatively based on a visuual inspection and my memory of playing the album. These are all from my personal collection, not stuff I bought to resell, although some were bought in used record shops, inluding from the marvelous Moe's Books and Records on Telegraph Avenue in Beserkley and the stupendous Down Home Records in El Cerrito, California.. I do not sell albums less than EX - unless they are very rare and have desirable status and then I will be very clear about what problems they have. Some early jazz,blues or rock LPs may have been transcribed from rare 78's or 45's and have inherent source noise. My albums were never stored in a basement, garage or attic. They have not been exposed to extremes of temperature or humidity. I always preened my albums before playing. I always used the cueing lever. I only touch records by the edges and the label. I never let anyone else handle my records. LP's were always returned after playing into into inner sleeve and cover and never left laying around. All inner sleeves were in cover with open end up to help keep dust out. All covers were protected in plastic outer sleeves. I was often told I was obsessive. I am a small, disorganized seller and can only list a few items at a time, so keep looking as I will be listing hundeds of albums that reflect by wide-ranging and eclectic tastes. All albums are sold AS IS. If there is a serious discrepancy (not whether an item is M- or EX+) contact me and I will make it right. I have a 100% seller rating and I aim to keep it that way. I can combine shipping, but don't ask for a quote until you have won all you may be bidding on. All albums are well-packed and come in plastic outer sleeves. Serious bidders only please. DO NOT ask me to end an auction early for a cash offer. It's just not fair and it spoils the fun for eveyone else but you. I often ship the same or next day; never more than 3 days - excluding Sundays. I only acept PayPal.

MY GRADING SYSTEM:
new N and still sealed SS. Same thing, self-explanatory.
near mint NM - record will show almost no sign of use, especially spindle wear around the hole. Could also be described as "looks just like new".
excellent EX Record shows light signs of wear like surface scratches, scuffs or spindle wear, but still can be expected to play OK. Not museum quality in other words.
very good (VG) - Kinda fills the same non-existant gap the Edsel was created for.
good G is not good. Plays without major skips or scratches, but shows its age. Better described as merely acceptable. Of interest because of its rarity or as a stopgap in your collection until you find a better copy.
Then of course, who could live without those pluses and minuses to add just those subtle gradations?
