Description

This is a special record. This is an original Bob Dylan mono copy of the Freewheelin Bob Dylan in very nice shape.Second its the radio station promo copy complete with white labels on the LP & that paper checklist of tracks & times on the front. The paper is pretty darn clean with  a small penned in annotation by  the original user of the record. The record itself is in good condition, better than I would expect 90% of the records of this vintage. This is a collectible rather than your everyday playback copy.  The jacket is average to good. The top has a split but a good archivist could easily repair it with a linen tape or simply leave at is. A slight water stain , visible in back cover photo, is in a top corner. The jacket has the rubs &  marks of an item used but certainly not abused.  A collector knows what this worth so bid accordingly. I know the lore and mania surrounding this record so don't assume I don't know its value. I could put a crazy selling price or insane  reserve on this item.  I am not a dealer  but I know this is the real deal. Its not a reproduction  by any means. The buyer will get the history of the record.

A few questions were presented. The actual vinyl offered here contains the same songs available on the commercial release. The record labels side one & two plus the radio station timing sheet on the jacket reflect Bob Dylans original song choices. This is the variation you get, incorrect labels plus a very nice vinyl copy mono. A few vinyl copies with the Dylan choices made it out there. This is not one of those, they go for thousands. This is a very nice error that made it to radio stations & I am sure they caused programmers chaos.
