Description

Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted. 

Grading is based on visual inspection.

I package records outside the cover to avoid seam splits.

New and vintage vinyl is hard to grade strictly using eBay’s system because the record and the cover are two different components. Therefore, I call a record new and mint if it is opened but has never been played.  I use the eBay grading category to describe the cover condition.

This title was originally released in 1969 when Boz and Duane Allman were relatively unknown. It was recorded at Muscle Shoals. After this one-off with Atlantic Records he signed with Columbia Records and the rest is history. In 1973 Atlantic decided to reissue this as a gatefold with Duane Allman prominently credited. 

  • This is an Atlantic Records 1973 Repress of the original 1969 release.
  • This copy has never been played.
  • Pressed at Monarch.
  • The matte gatefold cover has tight seams, a stiff spine and shows very slight smudging around the edges of the matte.
  • The inner sleeve is the Atlantic catalog.
  • This is a one-owner that the Seller got new in his record store in 1973. It has been in storage for 49 years.
