Description
Up for auction is a rare original deep groove mono pressing of the Bud Powell 'Bud Powell's Moods' LP on Clef Records MGC-610. Other musicians include Buddy Rich and Ray Brown.
Record info:
Side one is VG and side two is G+ with some long visible scuffs but it still plays well and is quite enjoyable!
Cover info:
VG+ with solid seams that do show some overall wear, mostly by the jacket opening, but no splits. The front cover has a library style #d sticker on top left corner and a partially torn off Clef Records sticker (see photo). The back cover has a sticker with the name of the previous owner on upper left corner. The back cover has some creasing. It of course has the fabulous David Stone Martin cover art.
Label / Pressing info:
Original deep groove mono press.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
