Description

Budgie Never Turn Your Back On A Friend 1973 Vinyl LP

MCA Rare Black Labels 1st pressing.Album was released in June 1973.

Catalogue no. MDKS 8010. Matrix numbers 7-LNMG-277-2L and 7-LNMG-241-1L stamped into the run-offs.

I purchased this album new on 12th October 1973, the day after seeing them play in Dunstable.
It has only been played twice since 1990, and I played the whole album through, this week.

The vinyl is in very good condition, apart from a few visible scuffs.
The audio is perfect throughout.

The outer gatefold sleeve is non-laminated, has some disc-shaped creases and slight scuffing on edges. Unfortunately, I have stuck a small label on the front (see photo) with my date of purchase, etc. Also, I have written my name and date of purchase on the inside of the gatefold (see photo).
The inner sleeve is the original stereo sleeve.  I have written on the top of side one, and have also attached (glued) a photo of Budgie and a photo of Burke Shelly on it.

Will be packaged in a dedicated cardboard album carton, and will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For.
