Description
Health issues dictate that I begin to part with some of my favourite items. Up for your consideration is "Dr. of Philosophy"/"Smooth as Silk" by the C.A. Quintet, the great Minnesota band responsible for the psychelic classic "Trip Thru Hell." "Dr. of Philosophy", the b-side of the 45, was recorded during the "Trip Thru Hell" sessions, but was left off the album.
I use Goldmine grading, but so much is subjective when it comes to moving from one grade to another. However, in this case there should be no argument at all. The record has no scratches on either side, but does have a scuff on the "Smooth as Silk" side. Play is not affected: there are no skips or audible deficiencies. Vinyl still has full luster. The label is perfect on both sides. No writing. No label tears. No flaking. Not mint, because I've played it. NM easily. Unless you can buy an untouched disc from Ken Erwin's vault you won't find a finer copy.
I don't allow returns (I've had people try to return things by substituting an inferior item). I will provide proof of shipping and am not responsible for packages lost by shipper. I hope that my feedback speaks for itself. What you get is exactly as described. Thanks for looking. Bid early and often.
