From my personal collection, this double 45 rpm LP is the original Riskant Records German pressing (6.28624), purchased used sometime in the mid-80s.  The vinyl is PLAY-GRADED solid VG+ with a little minor surface noise here and there in the quiet bits.  I played this in its entirety recently, and it was a great listen--a large percentage of this double LP is EX but there's a little too much wear in spots to grade it higher.  The cover is VG+, with some creasing typical due to the thin cardstock and normal shelf wear.
