Description

This is an original (West 63rd label) mono copy of the 1957 Clifford Jordan / John Gilmore Lp "Blowing In From Chicago", Blue Note BLP 1549. Sidemen are Horace Silver, Curly Russell and Art Blakey. The flat rim record is in VG++ condition, clean with very little use, but it has a scratch across bands 2 and 3 on side 1. This scratch is not audible to me played on my Thorens turntable. The laminated, blank spine cover has been water damaged. The front slick is separating at the opening and the back slick has damage at the spine edge, the bottom edge and the open edge. I have tried to show this damage in the scans of the cover. "RVG" and the ear are in the trailoffs. The deep groove is present beneath the labels.
