Description
Here we have an excellent condition copy of Valentyne Suite by Colosseum on the Swirl Vertigo label from forty years back in 1969. It has been played a few times but not mistreated, there are marks around the centre holes but having played it myself with a very light arm I can vouch for the great sound on the disc. Dead wax matrices are 886775 1Y 1 420 1 1 15 (as far as I can tell) and 886775 2Y 1 420 1 1 15 (likewise). I think this must be a very early pressing and the aforementioned numbers confuse me. There are three other numbers on the B side label; firstly VO 1, then 847 900 VTY and lastly in very small numerals there is 847 900 2Y. Work it out for yourself! The cover has a little wear to the bottom, also the spine but is still clearly legible; another great Vertigo sleeve by Marcus Keef. An unashamedly British production, don't just sit there, come and have a look!
