Description

Long out of print 6 LP Box Set on issued on the Mosaic records label, catalog number MR6-126 titled "The Complete Johnny Hodges Sessions 1951-1955". The set presents all of the Hodges led sessions during the period as recorded for Norgran and Clef Records. Many great Jazzmen are featured as well including Ben Webster, Lawrence Brown, Al Sears, Flip Phillips, Shorty Baker, Harry Carney, Emmett Berry, Louis Bellson, Osie Johnson, J. C. Heard, and Jimmy Hamilton amongst others. All discs are in Excellent Plus (E+) condition.  The box is is Excellent condition with minor wear. The 16 page booklet provides detailed session notes, many photos and full discographical details. The booklet is in Excellent condition with minor wear and is numbered #1915.  Packing and shipping via Media Mail is $4.00 in the USA.
