Description
For auction is "You Get More Bounce With CURTIS COUNCE!" on Contemporary C3539, MONO, 1957.
SOUND: NM
It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. The sound is just fantastic! Clean, sharp, and very enjoyable!
VINYL: VG+ or better
Visually, the vinyl is nice. The only thing I can mention is, a few very light scuffs, a smudge or two. Its on a yellow/gold label with deep-grooves.
COVER: NM
The cover is beautiful! The edges are solid, the corners are pretty sharp. The laminated cover is shiny, unmarked, and awesome! (And, an interesting "cheesecake" subject matter). The back is still pure white, with a few age spots near the margins here and there. The cover was protected by a plastic sleeve, which absorbed all the dirt and wear through the years! Also inside were a Contemporary pamphlet/catalogue as well as a postcard to request updates, and a "factory guarantee" card. All will be included in this sale.

This is a cool record, in fantastic condition. No reserve, bidding starts at $20.
Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction.
