Description
CURTIS FULLER WITH RED GARLAND – NEW JAZZ 8277 – M- - MONO - WITH SONNY RED
The Prestige New Jazz recording session was recorded on May 14, 1957 at Rudy Van Gelder’s studio. It featured Curtis Fuller on trombone, Sonny Redd on alto, Red Garland on piano, Paul Chambers on bass and Louis Hayes on drums. SIDE A: SEEING RED; STORMY WEATHER and CASHMERE. SIDE B: SLENDERELLA; MOONLIGHT BECOMES YOU and ROC & TROLL. “RVG” is stamped on both sides of the LP on the blank vinyl. This is a MONO recording.
I have graded this LP as M- for the following reasons. The vinyl is clear of any marks on both sides of the LP. There is no sign of wear or marks on or around the spindle hole. The record jacket is in excellent condition, with very little sign of wear. There is “RW” stamped on the liner notes. If you have any questions, please email me and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks.
