Description
Prestige New Jazz 8277, "Curtis Fuller with Red Garland", from 1962. Assisting musicians are Paul Chambers, Sonny Red, and Louis Hayes. Original purple-label vinyl plays at NM with virtually no background sound. The jacket has solid seams all around with no wear; corners are square, though there are two small corner bumps; there are no ringwear, rubwear, bends, writing or stamps; the jacket overall is extremely clean though there is some age toning along the spine. Only the corner bumps keep this from being a NM jacket. Tracks are "Seeing Red", "Stormy Weather", "Cashmere", "Slenderella", "Moonlight Becomes You", and "Rock & Troll".
Shipping is $4.00 media mail, $8.00 priority mail within the continental U.S.; $16.00 regular airmail to the U.K., Europe, Japan, Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. Additional LPs in a single package are $1.00 additional within U.S. and Canada, $2.00 elsewhere. For overseas shipments, registered mail is strongly recommended at $11.75 extra. Many old records are practically antiques and should be treated that way. This LP will be packaged with the record inside an inner sleeve but outside the jacket; both are placed inside a sealed outer sleeve and shipped inside a special oversized handcrafted mailer with padding on all sides. It is designed thick enough not to be bent in transit and strong enough to withstand a drop from a second-story window. More than two LPs together may be mailed inside a heavy Bags Unlimited pizza-style box. Your LP should arrive in the same condition as on the day it was shipped. All used LPs are play-graded on a VPI turntable with Audioquest tonearm and Grado cartridge.
