DISC: VG+ with many hairlines, one notable width long hairline, a few very minor scratches, a few scuffs. The audio is bold and clear, very enjoyable listen. Clean player, with some minor background noise occasionally. Very well cared for and exceptionally clean. (SEE VIDEO of Surface) The audio is super brilliant and extremely bold and defined. Some very minor crackles and static heard occasionally, super clear audio. Most of playback is very close to the EX grade range, some quieter passes with more crackles showing through. Side 1 Track 1 has a section with some audible ticks and clicks heard for about 20 seconds. My one turntable played a lot better during this pass. I took a video of the noise (See Video). A very very small short scratch in this section. A few other random little ticks heard occasionally towards the very end of Side 1 Track 1, but the vast majority of this LP plays super clean. I feel a higher quality turntable would play with minimal problems. A much deeper VPI cleaning would also truly benefit this playback. Ultrasonically cleaned 3 times. 
COVER: VG+ with some very minor corner creases, some minor fade and ring wear. Many numerous minor scuffs to art, all spines intact, the title spine is legible and very clean, glossy with all words legible. The cover has the original "47 West 63rd St., New York 23" Address on the bottom of the back cover. Very rare matchings address of the labels and the cover. Usually one of them does not match. Some very minor yellowing and minor stains to the whites of the back cover, the hues are very clean and "white" still. Very rare to have NO WRITING on the Cover. Most cover's have writing. Again, very rare to have NO Splits on any of the spines, all spines intact and mostly clean, glossy and laminated. ***Very minimal small fray chip crack, on very bottom of title spine corner***
