Chet Baker Sings Pacific Jazz 1222 mono deep groove

Deep groove, black and silver label both sides. "7614 Melrose Avenue, Hollywood 46, California" address on back cover. No printing on spine.
Record looks and plays VG++/VG +. Record plays well with light surface noise except scratch on Side 2 track ticks for second half of tune and there's a few light ticks on "Valentine".
Cover is VG+.
The front cover has moderate wear. Small piece of laminate peeling near top at pocket. Tape visible at top of spine. Back cover has moderate wear, fading and "X" in red ink. Top and bottom seams are split and untaped with heavy wear 1 inch at the pocket. Spine is taped app 3 inches at the top with title typewritten on piece of paper under the tape. Spine doesn't look split. All corners heavily worn.
