Description

I am not a record collector but I have read Goldmine record grading descriptions. I have not played these but have carefully examined them. I still do play records at home so I am somewhat familiar with records. This is a 4 record set The Complete Blue Note Recordings of Thelonious Monk  Mosaic MR4-101. This was a limited edition of 7500 and this is number 4728. I believe the records are near mint with one exception, I see a very light scratch/scuff on side one and I did not even see it the first time I examined the record.  I do not see any indication that these records have been played except for the scratch mentioned above. The records are very glossy and clean. I will call the inner sleeves and booklet very good plus and I think that would be a conservative rating. I am not sure how to describe the box, overall I would call it very good but it does have a few issues. The front cover shows a very little wear, one corner is very mildly bumped, there are two edge splits on the back which are shown in the pictures and the top is separated from the bottom on the left edge  where the paper hinge is ripped, also shown in pictures. I have tried to rate these things conservatively.  Buyer to pay $4.00 shipping and handling.
