This record is in excellent condition. It has no obvious spindle marks visible on the labels with just a few incredibly faint ones showing under bright light. There are no pen marks, scuffs or fading anywhere and there is little to no wear around the centre holes. Overall the labels are in great shape and appear near immaculate.

As for the vinyl itself, both sides really clean with nothing remotely serious showing. There is a couple of very thin minor light lines just visible in normal light but these are not deep and are pretty minor. There are a few more incredibly light wispy lines visible under very bright white light and some minor 'blotchy areas but again nothing sinister. So overall a record free from anything remotely serious, that has a lovely shine and has only very slight signs of use.

I play tested the record and it plays really well. It lays flat and there is little to no movement in the record arm upon playing. The sound produced  is excellent throughout with no major issues with interference and of course no major problems. The majority of the record has little to no surface noise audible but there is a trace in the run in and occasionally a hint between some tracks. There is also some very light surface noise in some of the very mellow parts on side 2. I also noted a series of 4 very faint clicks at the very end of track 1 on side 1. These are minor and do occur as I say at the very end of the track. So overall it was a very enjoyable play test and I am more than confident that a grading of EX is fair for the visual side of things and also the audio.

The 'stickered' sleeve is in excellent- condition. It has only mild rubbing/wear to the edges and corners, and the writing on the spine is still all clearly legible. There are no tears or pen marks anywhere but there is a small 1cm scuff on the front towards the right edge area(see pics). Other than the scuff and very light edge wear there is also a mild ring mark and slight grubbiness to the rear. This is not drastic however and overall the sleeve is pretty tidy with no major issues and little creasing. I have tried my best to explain the sleeves condition but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on its condition.

It contains its original plain white RCA inner which is in excellent- condition. It has no splits, tears or pen marks but does have ring marks, creasing and very slight discolouring.

It also includes its original lyrics insert which is in excellent- condition with no tears or pen marks but some minor creasing in places(top left corner) and very slight grubbiness.

The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
