Description

DAVID BOWIE & THE LOWER THIRD Can't Help Thinking About Me

Pye 7N.17020

Incredibly rare 1966 UK 7" vinyl single with intact four prong centre, including Original Pye company die cut paper sleeve.

One of the true 'Holy Grail' items in Bowie's back catalogue, this was the first single to be released under the 'David Bowie' name.

Condition:

The vinyl is in superb condition well looked after. Upon really close inspection there are a few very feint hairlines, and the vinyl appears to have just been played a few times.

Getting closer to the playing surface, there are a couple of extremely light scuffs that were probably caused by the rough paper of the sleeve. Certainly nothing significant and the playing surfaces of both sides appear to be completely free of any surface hairlines.

The labels are clean and bright, free from any writing or sticker marks. There are a few faint spindle marks around the centre hole.

This is the classic original Pye sleeve and it is in lovely condition.

These don't come around that often, and to find one as particularly fine as this one is a real treat.

If you are looking for a copy of this incredibly rare single in as good as it gets condition, then this is the one for you. Don't hang
