Description
Only 1,000 copies of this brilliant East Coast Hardcore/Punk 7” from New York were made. You are bidding on the only 7” release by the DEAD VIRGINS. All 4 tracks will knock your head off. The same sold on eBay, in October, for $75 (US). They sound a little bit like the VIOLATORS (NY Ripper/My Country) from NYC. These 4 tracks are melodic topped with some Mosh parts. Original first pressing, released on private mini-punk label ‘Rat Woman’ records in 1983 (catalogue number RAT 001). Complete with lyric sheet. Their lone 7“ named ‘Four’ EP and includes the fantastic track ‘Rape Capitol Hill’ which is excellent snotpunk/pogo punk/hardcore with ‘loud’ vocals and powerful straight-forward guitars. You can also listen to the excellent lyrics on the superb melody punk bonzer ‘No Cause For Concern’. Also ‘World War Three’ and ‘Emotional Strain’ are real winners. Sleeve and vinyl are in excellent condition (very clean).
