Released in 1969, I am offering today this UK HARVEST label pressing of this second DEEP PURPLE album titled "THE BOOK OF TALIESYN". The album features Rod Evans on vocals and features some great tracks including renditions of RIVER DEEP MOUNTAIN HIGH, KENTUCKY WOMAN and The Beatles WE CAN WORK IT OUT, The vinyl shows some light fogging on side 2 otherwise is in clean excellent condition and plays through with excellent audio with no sticks or skips etc and has clean labels.
The album comes complete with its original first issue Ernest J Day outer laminated gatefold sleeve which features artwork from John Lord. This is in clean condition with no stickers and no unwanted writing etc but shows some tiny sticker removal marks on the inner gatefold. Overall a very respectable example.
I have just played this through for these listing purposes and apart from it being a very enjoyable listen, I am pleased to say that it plays well with absolutely no sticks or skips etc and vibrant audio.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
