Description
Every Tuesday night (European time) I will offer old punky records. My name is ‘punky_music’
Legendary punk classic from Los Angeles, home of the GERMS, RANDOMS, BAGS and CONTROLLERS. A true killer, released on cult punk label ‘What’ records. eBay prices: £135 + $234. Only original first pressings were born in DARKER picture sleeve. Due to the stencil used for the logo the band name 'DILS' on front of the sleeve looks like 'OILS'. As you know the second, third and fourth pressings were issued in light-gray covers and you can clearly read the ‘DILS’ logo (not OILS), which is hand written. Also the vinyl is the original first pressing which doesn’t show the ‘What’ address on the labels (see second and third scan). Both songs ‘I Hate The Rich’ and ‘You’re Not Blank’ are perfect from start to finish. The starter includes great lyrics like:
I hate the rich
I don't want their money
Look at the poor
Crawling on the floor
Look at the poor
All they need is money
Look at the poor
Now it ain't so funny
.
I hate the rich
Look at the poor
I hate the rich
I hate them all
Here’s the comment from the great FLEX website (US Hardcore / Punk Discography):
-
Early, noisy LA punk, angry, loud but also melodic. A classic. [8]
-
The sleeve looks typical second hand. That's the reason why I'm grading this record
Condition / Zustand: EX--/EX-- (clean, typical second hand, see scan)
Postage & Packaging / Porto & Verpackung:
OUTSIDE GERMANY (all countries, same price for 1-4 singles): £4 or €5
DEUTSCHLAND für 1-3 Singles: €2,50 (Brief) oder €4,00 als Einschreibebrief (versichert)
Mailing / Versand: all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits (alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden). All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
Payment / Bezahlung: via PayPal. All orders which exceed a value of £20 or €25 will only be sent by registered mail. This requires the buyer to pay an additional of £2 or €2,50. All winners from Italy must pay for registered mail. Deutsche bitte per Banküberweisung. Wird ein Gesamtwert von £20 oder €25 erreicht, so verschicke ich ausschließlich als Einschreibebrief bzw. innerhalb Deutschlands optional auch als DHL-Paket für €6,00. Good luck with your bids from Germany’s record seller ‘punky_music‘ (old name ‘punkdealer‘)
