"Heavy Petting",rare debutalbum by the U.K. Acid-Folk combo DR.STRANGELY STRANGE and released in 1970 on the most important progressive label of England,SWIRL-VERTIGO-Philips.This is the ORIGINAL U.K. PRESSING with catnumber 6360 009,this nr.is also stamped in the dead wax(I think counterfeis exist,with handwritten catnumber in this area and very matt,blurred labels).Also the print of the sharp labels and the matt gimmick-cover are signs that this record is definitely an ORIGINAL.Record has it`s surface hairlines;-and marks,looks just very good(vg),but plays fantastic excellent+(ex+)!!!Not even crackeling,except 10 very light klicks spread on both sides.Both labels are clean.The very sensitive gimmick multi-fold out cover is in beautyful very good++(vg++)condition.It´s complete,the spines are all intact and complete too.Just two tears(8cm&2cm)on the right door of the gimmick and two very small price tags in the upper area of the frontcover.Coverback is very clean.All in all it`s a used,but still collectable and excellent audible item.Comes with the original Swirl-Innersleeve!!!By the way....,as U.K. ORIGINAL also very very rare!!!The music by this band,which made just 2 albums,is great,a totally unique mixture of BLUESY-ACID-FOLK,exactly that what we understand by PROGRESSIVE music........................
