Description
“Dance Of Survival” by Edwin Birdsong (Bam-Boo Records, GR 004)
1975 privately pressed cosmic funk/psychedelic soul record with great spacey keyboard action, in a gorgeous, thick gatefold silver foil cover. Songs: Dance of Survival; Possessed (Take The Evil Spirits Away); Something Ain't Right (Gotta Go Home); What's Your Sign; Night Of The Full Moon; Your Smile Gave Birth To My Idea; Astral Walk. This has been sampled a bunch by the hip hop crowd. Edwin autographed this copy to “Sister Del – Music Is Sex, from Edwin Birdsong 5/24/75, 2:53 PM” so you know this copy went direct from Edwin to a female fan… that he obviously tried to pick up! How classic is that?
Condition: Cover = VG++ (silver foil cover is in GREAT shape, very little age wear - see picture) / Record = M- (No spindle marks, shiny vinyl, plays perfectly)

PACKAGING/SHIPPING/POSTAGE: As I’m VERY careful about keeping LPs in their described condition, I ship all LPs in custom LP mailers and use filler pads. I always pack the disc with the inner-sleeve placed behind cover (both in a plastic slipcover) to prevent seam splitting in transit.
Postage for 1-2 LPs within USA: Media Mail = $4.00 or Priority Postage = $6.50, each additional LP add $2.00 (per LP).
