David Bowie "Caught In The Act" 1LP Limited Edition Release #113/400 Very Rare
I obtained this album new in 1982. I may have played the album once to record it to TDK-SA cassette tape. I then placed the album in a high-quality click-seal plastic sleeve and stored it away.
Condition of the vinyl: Excellent (Visual inspection) The vinyl appears glossy and shiny. There are some signs of age and slight scuff marks, probably from the paper sleeves. There are no spindle marks, stains or writing on the plain labels. "MIM 113/400" is hand etched into each vinyl run out (See my attempt to photograph the etching).
Condition of the sleeve: Excellent+. The wrap around black and white paper outer sleeve has no writing, stains or tears. There are no seam splits in the plain white cardboard album sleeve. There is no ring wear. The paper inner sleeve is clean and crisp. There is also a small slip of paper with the number 113 hand written upon it.
Albums of this type were not always treated with respect by the manufacturers and the initial shippers and as result it was not that unusual for albums to arrive in condition that was not exactly pristine.
