Description
ULTRASONIC CLEANED
David Bowie – Hunky Dory
Aussie 1976 reissue - tan RCA labels
( RCA LSP-4623 )
CONDITION: The cover is rated a very strong VG+ (see pics) with just the slightest storage wear seen on front, back or corners. No splits, rips, tears, bumps, bends or crushes. The spine is mostly square and fully legible with no rips/tears. Really pretty gorgeous.
The photos have been taken as usual in the very harshest brightest light possible, to show every angle and mark, so you know exactly what you're getting and there are absolutely no surprises. I don't like BS and I want you happy, so please look closely, ask questions, and know your dealing with a professional.
The labels are VG++ (see pics) - look closely to understand which pressing you are getting.
The record is strongest conservative VG++ condition tending NM - a beautiful copy that has very good sparkle and gloss, with NO hairlines visible in super bright overhead light. Tiny light crackle once in awhile but generally awesome sound quality that is clean, really dynamic and noise free throughout - pretty much NM, compared to even a brand new modern pressing.
Ultrasonic treated with the HumminGuru this week and then newly sleeved in a HQ poly inner & unplayed since. The Aussie mastering/lacquer cut is by Don Bartley ('DB' in the deadwax) @ RCA North Ryde Studios, Sydney which explains the fantastic sound.
Questions (or more photos of anything, from any angle - you choose) are welcome and available on request, always.
