ONE OF THE RAREST EARLY ROCK AND ROCKABILLY ALBUMS IN EXISTENCE!!
BELIEVED TO BE ONE OF LESS THAN 30 KNOWN COPIES DISCOVERED SINCE 1960. THE LEGEND HAS IT THAT NOT EVEN DEL SHANNON KNEW ABOUT THE EXISTENCE OF THE STEREO PRESSINGS OF THIS ALBUM UNTIL AROUND 1980
THIS IS THE ORIGINAL, AUTHENTIC, FIRST U.S. PRESSING; THIS IS NOT A REISSUE, AN IMPORT, OR A COUNTERFEIT PRESSING.
Original, Thick, American made cover.
LP Condition:
Impressive appeal in EXTREMELY RARE SHAPE !
Front cover is glossy with no indents or creases.
There are a couple fine grey marks and record ring spot that can most likely be carefully removed with a slightly moist paper towel. NO seam splits. A couple of rough corners, but they really aren't too bad. The minor things are probably just do to Shelf wear because the record is over 50 years old.
Back of cover is also almost perfect. There is a small discoloration next to some light pencil writing in the upper left hand. I am guessing this is from a removed price tag. (see pictures)
VINYL is absolutely FLAWLESS. Both sides have NO scratches or scuffs.
