Description
Diamond Head “Behold the Beginning” featuring liner notes by Lars Ulrich of Metallica, is the perfect collection of the tunes by the very best band in the hugely influential NWOBHM scene. You get the killer original tracks that Metallica would cover like “Am I Evil,” “Helpless,” and “The Prince” along with other metal blasts like “It’s Electric,” and “Shoot Out The Lights.” This is the original 1987 U.S. press on Metal Blade Records.
Vinyl is a strong, strong VG+. Really nice condition that may benefit from a good cleaning. I played it (loud) recently and it’s def still a winner. Sleeve is in VG condition. It has a cut out on top right corner, slight residue from a price sticker on front top right, and faded sharpie mark with “KCSS metal” written on top front left (see photos).
Lowish starting bid on this ultra rare set because I’m not a collector or a store, just want it to go to another fan who will love it.
