Description
Here is a metal acetate from Variety Recording Service of New York with Dickie Goodman doing an alternate version of Mr. Jaws. I actually like this one much better, but there must have been issues with the songs chosen. The flipside is the same. I'm adding the Cash release MP3 so you can tell the difference between the two.
Metal Acetate is a very nice and clean VG+.
I record the songs using an Audio Technica VM 540 ML needle through a McIntosh C24 preamp. You can hear the song from beginning to needle lift with NO editing of the MP3. Listen to a sound clip of Mr Jaws Metal acetate. Listen to a sound clip of Mr Jaws Cash release.
I'm starting to sell off my 45 year personal collection that consists of all types of novelty records like, Halloween, Christmas, Beatle novelty, Elvis novelty, Break-in, Answer, Trucker and Chipmunk sounds.
