LABEL DESCRIPTION:   Blue and white label with BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC-NEW YORK USA address. VAN GELDER STEREO stamped and "EAR" etched in the dead wax, "R" on the bottom and not deep groove on either side.


GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER): M-     Beautiful laminated cover with strong seams and sharp corners with gold stereo sticker on the front and near mint in every way. Signed on the back in black pen by Donald Byrd.

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD): M-    Superb, well maintained and free of any scratches, scuffs or marks of any kind.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:  A beautiful early stereo pressing of this Blue Note classic. The signature was obtained by Raffe Simonian, noted Chicago record collector, dealer and autograph seeker. We'll be featuring many of the rare signed Jazz classics from Raffe's collection over the next year or so.
