Description
Up for auction is a rare original deep groove mono pressing of the Duke Pearson 'Wahoo!' LP on Blue Note Records BLP-4191. Other musicians include Donald Byrd, James Spaulding, Joe Henderson, Bob Cranshaw, and Mickey Roker.
Record info:
Strong VG+ very close to NM with a few very minor scuffs and some light surface noise. It plays great!
Cover info:
Solid VG+ with nice solid seams except for a 1" middle seam split on top. The bottom lefthand corner has moderate creasing. The back cover has a 'Review Copy' promo stamp. It comes with the original Blue Note inner sleeve.
Label / Pressing info:
Original deep groove mono press with Van Gelder stamp and Ear logo on both sides in the dead wax area.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
