*CONDITION: Still factory sealed. THE RECORD obviously should be MINT because it's never seen the light of day. THE JACKET/COVER is NEAR MINT to MINT.  It's very nice, but in the interest of full disclosure, one of the corners has about 1/2-inch of an opening in the shrink wrap.  No big deal. Still sealed anyway.
