Description

This is a very cool and hard to find copy of Elton John's fourth album, "Madman Across The Water". I have seen it on other labels (Uni, MCA) but never on the Dick James Records. Dick James is his publisher, and this is a copy of this album released early in England. This album includes the great hits "Levon", "Tiny Dancer" and the awesome title track. This is a very nice cover, with original booklet set into the gatefold cover. The front of this gatefold does not have the usual stiff card stock, it is lighter and flexier, with no discount marks and NO SPLITS! The vinyl is in wonderful shape as well, with barely any marks on it. It's very hard for me to grade anything excellent, but this comes so close! with only a bit of corner / edge wear.
