I BEG OF YOU - GREEN LABEL DEMO (RCA 1043)
Most Elvis collectors are well aware of how rare and collectable these items are - something which is reflected in their value. Very few copies were made and, at the time of their manufacture, the general public had no knowledge of their existence - which makes them genuinely rare.
This single-sided, solid centred demo, manufactured by Decca Record Company on behalf of RCA in the UK in 1957, was the B-side of Elvis' fifth single, 'Don't', on the RCA label in the UK . This demo is almost 60 years old and unlike some of the more popular ones, does not turn up very often either on eBay or other sites.
This particular copy is in very good to excellent / condition overall (I would say the vinyl is actually (Ex-/ VG+) and the label unusually clean - free of writing, other than the time code being added at Decca.
