ELVIS PRESLEY – FRANKIE AND JOHNNY (LSP-3553) FIRST PRESSING - INCLUDES BONUS PHOTO!
RECORD: VG- with numerous light scratches and scuffs, none of which can be felt with the fingertip. Expect some crackle and multiple “ticks” upon play! The labels on this Indianapolis pressing show wear about the spindle hole as well as several spindle marks on each side. This Original Soundtrack Recording was released in April of 1966 and includes the hit single, “Frankie and Johnny / Please Don’t Stop Loving Me”.
COVER: VG with upper and lower seam splits of approximately 1-inch in length from the open end. Central edge breaks are seen at the spine as well as the upper and lower edges. However, there is no tape, writing or staple holes anywhere on the cover. Ring wear is present on both sides, though rather light. A period-correct “ELVIS’ Great LP Catalog” (40B) inner sleeve is included, but it is believed to not be original to this album.
BONUS PHOTO: VG++ (EXC) with just some evidence of minor handling. There is no tape remnants or pinholes anywhere on this item. A beautiful Bonus Photo!
