The Beatles
Abbey Road
EXPORT press
Fantastic 1969 Beatles UK LP. This was the Beatles' 12th LP, released on the 26th September. It was also the last official Beatles release that was recorded by them. Staying at number one for almost 18 consecutive weeks, it was only knocked off by The Rolling Stones' "Let It Bleed."
This little beauty is an EXPORT copy which was pressed during the "Oil Crisis" (starting in Oct 1973 and lasting until March 1974)and also the record plant dispute in the UK, so this album was farmed out to France for pressing, to then return to sell in the UK.

EX-. Simply Gorgeous, lovely vinyl, it has just the lightest of marks, with nothing to affect playback, other than the lightest audio pop VERY infrequently.
I just enjoyed listening to her all the way through, with only the faintest of background noise...Which I believe could well disappear alltogether after a proffessional clean...
SOUND REPRODUCTION IS SUPERB
Quality heavy vinyl
REALLY NICE EXAMPLE!
Certainly NO SKIPS OR JUMPS
FLAT
Labels: EX. Superb, dark labels in line with these really quite unusual and rarer pressings. Maybe just ultra light spindle marks, with barely any hole wear!!
"Made In France by Pathe Marconi"
but also:
"Mfd. in U.K." on both sides.
The outer text begins: "Apple Records all rights.." text.
VERY NICE LABELS!!!
The last credit for "The End" has "HER MAJESTY" on the Side 2 label...AND EACH title (End & Majesty) has Northern Songs credit!!
VERY UNUSUAL
PLEASE SEE THE DETAILED IMAGES PROVIDED FOR YOURSELVES.
Cover: VG.The cover of this LP is lovely, but there are a handful of crescent spidering points and fingers of spidering eminating from the spine.
It looks to have had tape to the top and bottom at some stage, but NO REASON TO!!
There aren't ANY splits/tears or writing!..Just a little sticky where the tapes used to be...that's it!
Strong corners.
The spine is white and strong.
NO SPLITS OR TEARS
(being rather critical as always-please see my feedback)

NO WRITING RIPS OR TEARS-just light discolouration from age-that's it!
