Description
Here is an original UK HMV 78 of Elvis Presley, Blue Suede Shoes / Tutti Frutti.
Now, I'm not used to dealing in 78s, but I recently found a few in exceptional condition, so can offer this for sale. I'm used to seeing 78s in scratchy, beat-up condition, but this one isn't like that - is nice and shiny. It has been taken good care of, and played on modern-type equipment, not an old-fashioned gramophone with the steel spike for a needle!
I haven't done any cleaning to this, apart from a good going-over with a dry microfiber duster. I've had a good look at it, NO scratches or damage, apart from a short light scratch (from a modern-type stylus), that was hard to find / see.
I keep a nice old Perdio sixties record player, to have something to play 78s on. I play-tested the record, both sides. It plays loud and clear, I didn't hear background crackling (which I can hear on other records, on this player), and didn't hear any clicks or pops. Sounds just-right, no signs of wear.
Returns accepted, if not as described.
Postage at cost in UK, £2.90 (second class post). Happy to combine postage, only within the UK. I'll take extreme care with packaging. A while ago I succeeded in getting a parcel of 78s to Scandinavia safely, so I can do it!

Collection in person is welcome. Preferred, if possible.
I don't mail things personally, to countries outside the UK, but I am happy to use E-Bay UK's Global Shipping Program, for sending things abroad.
Under this scheme, I send the parcel to an e-bay depot in UK, and they forward it to the overseas buyer.
They have a tracked courier service, for the journey from their UK depot, to the buyer.
This means that I can ONLY accept payments through e-bay (Pay Now button), and I can't send invoices. Combined postage is not possible through the Program.
International buyers should be able to see a postage cost to their country, automatically added by E-Bay, if your country is included in the scheme.
If your country is not mentioned, please do not bid.
