ELVIS PRESLEY: "Bootleg ELVIS" massive 632 page hardback book, 8 x 12 inches in size (TWICE the size I'd anticipated & TWICE as heavy also). This is the best BOOK EVAH! (& yeh, I helped & I'm IN the credits!). The history & illustrated discography of the vinyl bootleg "custom pressings" Elvis industry: 45's, EP's, 10", LP's & 12" singles! Chapters by those that were there: Theaker, Dowling, Lalibert'e, Rijff, etc.Color vinyl is illustrated, obviously IN COLOR (as are the color covers with very few exceptions). THIS IS IT! Book now out-of-print from publishers so book is now an instant collector's item.  POSTAGE: since book is twice as big, I now have to get different postage quotes (which I did, but I've allowed for it in the minimum bid price, so add on $4 WITHIN USA ONLY).  OVERSEAS (as in outside the USA): please add on $47.95 (sent in medium flat rate PRIORITY airmail box). Unfortunately, since this weighs OVER 5 pounds, it can't go via first class rate (which is much cheaper) so air Priority IS ONLY rate it can be sent & the flat rate is the cheapest of that rate (& I'm sorry!).  NOTE: I am no longer shipping to FRANCE (I've now been burned by 3 FRENCH consecutively, including a FRENCH Canadian!), so move along, Frenchy, ya bother me...
